Lately, it feels like I’ve been busier than normal and haven’t been able to give my immune system the attention it deserves.
To help this, I’ve been researching immunity-supporting tips like a crazy person. Here’s the list I’ve been working on that actually lives in my iPhone notes:
♡ Lymphatic massage, dry brushing, & movement:
I’m a HUGE fan of dry brushing– a technique that helps secrete trapped toxins from your skin. I love how it stimulates the lymph system and gets things moving. It’s odd how much energy dry brushing gives you.
It’s one of those things that you can’t understand until you’ve tried it. I HAVE to dry brush every single day. My body kind of craves it.
♡ Pre and probiotics:
Zicam Total Immune Crystals have pre & probiotics in one little pouch. They help promote a healthy gut – your body needs/wants healthy bacteria so this is very much a good thing! I mix these crystal packets in with my sparkling water for extra support.
It helps prevent burnout & immediately revives my immune system. Tiny Zicam pouches travel easily in my handbag and help to support a healthy gut on the go.
♡ All-natural cleaning products:
Switching to natural cleaning products has helped my allergies & in turn, strengthened my immune system. I decided I don’t want to breathe in all those chemicals. I now breathe easy. I’ve been cleaning the kitchen with apple cider vinegar instead of typical counter cleaner ( I’m obsessed ) & using lemons ( I mix with heavy duty salt to create a scrub ) to remove dirt and rust stains on my oven. I also switched to natural laundry detergent to keep chemicals off my clothes and skin.
My chihuahuas had eye allergies forever but with the all-natural cleaning products, their allergies have basically disappeared.
♡ TSC Detox Drink:
I love my signature detox drink. The main ingredient is raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and it’s super cleansing. Apple cider vinegar is also known to kill bacteria. Clearly I’m obsessed with the TSC Detox Drink— I feel like it’s a great player in keeping the immune system healthy.
Sooo, those are my four tips for building the immune system. What’s your number one immunity tip?

HA! this made me laugh as I just swigged a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, chased down with a glass of warm lemon water. Every little bit helps I think! ‘The Mother’ is a terrifying looking thing though!!

Dry skin brushing is my favorite way to wake up my body in the morning. That and a cup of java.
The apple cider thing: I know I should, I have a new bottle in the pantry yet I keep forgetting it every single time.

I’m obsessed with drinking Kombucha…every. single. day! I used to get pretty bad headaches a few times a week. If I stick to drinking my Kombucha, I rarely ever get one anymore. Plus it has tons of probiotics in it. Love dry brushing too!
Do you drink this everyday? How many times a week do you recommend?
