I made you guys a promise I’d share all the deets on liquid herbs.

Let me just preface this by saying I’m naturally an anxious person ( shocker, right? ). I can’t really relax because I’m always stressed about what I should be doing or what I could be doing. It sounds productive but actually that anxious feeling is super freaking annoying. Sometimes I just want to take a chill pill, ya know?

I know you are super natural and don’t like fake junk in your bod, so I was wondering how you feel about birth control?   11. Thanks for this post! I have the exact kind of anxiety right before bed, and used to take sleep meds but have since weaned off, so I’ve been looking for a natural alternative. Question though before I try these out…how do they taste? Is it like, not so bad with water, or do you need a “chaser” with it hah? Thanks!
